It is critical important to have oil cup cleaned before measuring. Insulating oil is extremely sensitive to any tiny pollution, so the cleaning work should be carried out as follows:.
(1) Take out electrode;
(2) Clean with neutral soap or detergent. Do not damage surface of electrode;
(3) Clean electrode by water for several times;
(4) Immerse every component in absolute alcohol;
(5) After cleaning, wipe surface of every component by silk fabrics (Other clothes may leave fibres on electrode.), and put components in clean container;
(6) Put every component into oven at about 100℃ to dry.
