1. Check gas filter, carrier gas, sample injection washer and liner pipe etc.;
2. Fix nut and ferrule to column, carefully cut flat the two terminals of chromatographic column;
3. Connect chromatographic column to sample injection inlet;
4. Connect to carrier gas;
5. Connect chromatographic column to detector;
6. Check leakage of gas;
7. Check flow rate of carrier gas, then, check the installation of chromatographic column;
8. Aging of chromatograhpic column;
9. Determine flow rate of carrier gas;
10. Check column bleed;
11. Then, go to analyze sample.
