For GC2010D transformer oil dissolved gas analyzer, hydrogen is used for flame forming in FID detectors and for reducing of trace-level carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide into methane in the methanator. A high-purity Hydrogen Generator (HG-1083A) can satisfy the needs of hydrogen in GC2010D. Additionally, hydrogen is flammable and is an explosion hazard. If hydrogen is being connected, observe safety precautions: be sure the supply is off until all connections are made. Be sure unconnected fittings are capped or plugged.
